1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or purchasing from SoloBusiness Publications ("we", "our", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Digital Product License

All eBooks sold on our platform are digital goods. Upon successful payment verification via Razorpay, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable personal license to download and read the eBook for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not redistribute, resell, republish, sublicense, or share original PDF files on public file-sharing networks.

3. Payments & Taxes

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) under SAC code 998431 unless explicitly stated otherwise. Payments are securely processed through Razorpay using UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, or NetBanking.

4. Digital Delivery & Expiry Limits

Download links are delivered instantly on the confirmation screen and sent via transactional email. To protect our content, download tokens are valid for 72 hours from purchase and allow up to 5 download attempts. Customers with registered accounts may access their library at any time.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
