We collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), and payment metadata during checkout to deliver your purchased eBooks and generate GST-compliant invoices.

For affiliate partners, we additionally collect social channel URLs, follower counts, and UPI IDs/bank payout details solely for processing commission transfers.

2. Payment Security

We never store your raw credit card numbers, debit card PINs, or UPI MPINs. All transactions are securely routed through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment gateway.

3. Cookies & Attribution Tracking

We utilize a 30-day first-party cookie/local storage token when visitors arrive via an affiliate creator's link (`?ref=CODE`). This ensures our creators receive proper commission attribution for their marketing efforts.

4. Data Retention & Rights

Your purchase records are maintained to allow perpetual access in your Customer Library and for statutory Indian tax compliance. You may request account deletion or data exports by contacting us at privacy@solobusiness.in.
