Influencer Affiliate Agreement & Disclosure

1. Program Approval & Eligibility

Participation in the SoloBusiness Influencer Affiliate Program is open to content creators, bloggers, and community leaders. All applications require administrator approval before generating payable commissions.

2. Monthly Tiered Commission Structure

Commissions are calculated individually for each affiliate based on total verified paid sales in each calendar month:

• 0–249 sales: 20% commission
• 250–499 sales: 25% commission
• 500–999 sales: 30% commission
• 1,000–1,999 sales: 40% commission
• 2,000+ sales: 45% commission

* By default, reaching a higher sales volume within a calendar month applies retroactively to all eligible sales during that month.

3. Eligible Sales & Calculations

Commissions are calculated from eligible product revenue excluding GST, gateway fees, refunded orders, and promotional discounts. Failed or refunded orders do not count toward sales volume or commission payout.

4. Payout Workflow & Minimum Threshold

Affiliates may request a payout once their approved available balance reaches the minimum threshold of ₹1,000. Payouts are manually approved and transferred via UPI or NEFT.

5. Mandatory ASCI Disclosure

Under Advertising Standards Council of India (ASCI) guidelines, affiliates must disclose their financial relationship when sharing promotional links (e.g. using tags such as #ad, #affiliate, or #partner in social posts).
